Houston Baby Photographer – From Newborn to Big Boy

I am so deeply humbled when my newborn clients come back to me to continue capturing their babies’ milestones. From a single mini session, to a full First Year Plan, it is gratifying in so many aspects. First, because it kind of tells me they were very happy with their newborn photography session and they trust I can continue helping them create more memories. But most important, because I truly enjoy seeing the baby bunnies again.  I remember absolutely all of my newborn babies and despite my often bad memory, I do remember many things about the actual session and their personalities. So when I see them again, for either their 3, 6, 9 or 12 month session, it brings just tons of joy. Often parents text me images over the phone so that I can enjoy how their babies are growing. But when that door opens and I see them come in, with a plumb face and chubby legs and the warmest sweetest grin… oh my heart melts.

This beautiful momma and her sweet and handsome baby boy are one of these families. Please look at the last images below and see how much he has grown. I will get to see him three more times this year and on each occasion, he will show me his new tricks: grabbing his toes and oh… sucking them, sitting down for a full 30 seconds, full speed crawling and yes, taking his first steps. I am so looking forward to all of it!
