Your little brother has arrived and now it is time to get serious and start planning all the adventures you two will have together.  I feel it was almost yesterday when I was holding you on your own newborn session and now, you come to the photography studio, with your big boy sweater and jeans and ohhh those little crazy curl tips and I feel like keeping you with me for a week!

Newborn family sessions with siblings is one of my favorite things to photograph. Maybe it is because most of the times, it is with families who return to me with baby number two, three or even four and I just get to see how much the kids have grown and how they went from being sleepy and not moving much to literally walking on the walls. Sessions with siblings have a very different dynamic. More chaotic but also more fun. I believe it is very important to sit on the floor with the little ones and play. Gently at first. Approaching them slowly to gain their trust. A tickle here, a tickle there and once I get a smile from them, we can start rolling. Usually with older siblings, my sessions end almost with no fail, in a pillow fight. A classic at the studio. But yes, I love every aspect of photographing young families and their bubbly bunnies.
