Well, well, well… look who’s here today? My goodness sweet little baby boy! You have grown so much since you were a little tiny newborn just a few months ago! And oh those little rolls. I love them all bunny! It seems you are also going to be sporting some absolutely gorgeous grayish blueish eyes – they match your suspenders by the way.
I wonder if you will speak Portuguese bunny? I am sure you will. My husband is from Brazil and I am from Argentina (not a good combination during the World Cup) but one of the things we insisted on when our kiddos were born in St Louis, Missouri, was that I was going to talk to them in Spanish and daddy in Portuguese. And so we did. Back then, and for a long time, they were only getting their English words from the Cookie Monster. But it worked quite well.
Sessions like this are one of the reasons why I truly and absolutely love to photograph milestones like “sitting”. At this age, babies are simply lots of fun and pure giggles. Soon they will have the first signs of separation anxiety or stranger danger but in most cases, little six or seven month old babies are mesmerized at everything around them and will giggle at the simplest of sounds. Everything is out there for them to explore and explore they do. From wooden blocks to rattles and the little labels and tags on blankets. And since they are teething as well, everything goes to their mouth. At the studio, we wash, clean and disinfect a lot :)
Here is a link to your mommy’s maternity session. Now I am realizing I have yet to blog your newborn session but I will soon.
I will be counting the days to see you take those very first steps bunny for your Tiny Toes “First Steps” Outdoor Session.
