I am so truly blessed to be able to meet on a daily basis so many wonderful families and their little babies.

I see so many little toes, pouty lips and hear so many birth stories. I even share my own.

Everything reminds me of how my life was 15 years ago, when I welcomed my first child.   The lack of sleep, the sense of not knowing exactly what is happening or what to do, the responsibilities of having a little newborn at home.

And beyond all that, a tremendous sense of love and happiness.

Life as we know it changes and there is not one parent that wishes it would be different.
